Svelte by CalNaturale
These pre-made shakes taste great and I love the cute packaging. They have a variety of flavors and each one has 16g of organic protein from fresh organic soymilk, along with organic complex carbohydrates for sustained energy. Svelte is tested to be low-glycemic and has only 9 grams of sugar per full bottle. It’s also a good source of fiber and is dairy-free and gluten-free. The servings are kinda big (1 bottle is almost 16 oz) but they have a resealable screw cap so you can save some for later! I also mix mine with frozen fruit for smoothies and it tastes better than just play Whey powder.
Lululemon “Blurred Blossoms”
I love this color combination for spring! It’s a soft floral pattern with a bright hot pink/orange accent. They have a mat bag with this pattern that I recently gave one of my friends as gift and she loved it. Â I’m going to go get the shorts and tank this week : )
Bear Naked Products
I’ve been a fan of their products for years and have included them in other blog posts. I love their granola because it’s higher in fiber and protein and has less sugar and other chemicals that other brands have. Plus, it just tastes great! Now they have come out with a whole line of other cereals and trail mix that are also really tasty and you can get them at Target. All of these products are great for a pre-workout snack and you can stash single-servings in your gym bag or car.
White Mountain Foods
I tried their “N0-egg tofu salad” and couldn’t believe that it didn’t contain eggs – it tastes like the real thing! A small 4 oz portion only has 120 calories and has 14g protein. I like how it’s a local (TX) brand and their products are with non-GMO soy and contain no preservatives or additives. This line of meat-free products is great for an easy snack on the go. You can find their products at Whole Foods and Central Market (in the south).
VersaSpa
We all know how bad the sun is for us, but we still want that golden summer glow. Lately I’ve been using the VersaSpa system and have been super happy with the results. It’s a spray tanning booth that’s all automated and takes less than 5 minutes. The best part is the color which develops in a few hours and it’s totally natural. It also lasts about 5-7 days.
Frederic Fekkai Summer Hair Beach Wave Spray
In the spring and summer I like to air-dry my hair more and use less of my blowdryer (who wants more hot heat in the summer?!). So, I spritz my hair with a little  of this product to give me beach-y waves. You can use it on wet or dry hair and it’s not sticky or greasy. Plus, it smells great and will remind you of being on vacation.
CEP Compression Socks
I started wearing compression socks this year after I ran 2 marathons. I actually don’t run in mine but put them on AFTER my runs. It helps circulation and blood flow and will in turn help your muscles recover faster. I practically lived in my pink ones after the Houston Marathon when I was hobbling around for almost  a week! The bright colors are cute and look good with shorts at the track or gym.
