I’m excited to be featured in OM Yoga Magazine again this month! This time I am doing one of my favorite sequences that target shoulders and core. If you find that you can’t do some of these poses or that you can’t hold them for very long – then you need to build some strength in your core and shoulders. I give suggested strength training exercises for each that will help you with this. Practice the sequence 2-3 times per week in addition to doing 2-3 strength training sessions and you will master these moves in no time!
