We are doing a contest this week as part of our “Fit For Fall”series at Bombshell Bootcamp!
This week we are doing AMRAP workouts at camp. What is AMRAP? Well, it stands for As Many Rounds As Possible. Most workouts are done in a given time period and you have to see how many rounds of a certain exercise or group of exercises you can complete in that time period. For the workout below, there are 2 parts. You must complete the entire series in each to count for 1 Round. Then, if you can complete the series multiple times, add up the number of rounds you have completed. At the end, combine your total for both series/parts and that is the number you will use for the contest. The winner will win a new Gymboss Timer (see below for details)!
To Enter:
- Complete the workout and get your total AMRAP number.
- Post your number, along with a picture or video clip (showing you working out or part of the workout) to our Facebook Wall or on Instagram (@BombshellBC) and use hashtag #tonedbombshells.
- The winner will be announced Friday and will get a new Gymboss Timer.
- Contest is open to everyone – so please share!
