Happy Thanksgiving!
I’ve created a short, fun workout that you can do this week – even if you are swamped with family, friends and entertaining. Better yet – get your family to do this workout with you! You can do this workout anywhere – just swap out the weights for canned veggies (or something heavier) or you can use a resistance band. Try to fit in your workouts this week – especially if you are going to be having some “cheat” meals!
