Thank you all for coming to support me at my DVD Release Party on Friday, May 21st! The party was a huge success!

Houston, Texas (May 21, 2010) — Cari Shoemate successfully launched her new DVD with Exercise TV: “Long Lean Legs” at Fit Athletic Club in Houston. Cari is the only Exercise TV trainer in Texas and is now featured alongside other celebrity trainers such as Jillian Michaels (from TV’s The Biggest Loser), Billy Blanks and Jackie Warner.
The event featured light bites from Ruggles Green, healthy cocktails including the “Skinny Bitch Rita” and of course autographed copies of Cari’s new DVD. The Rockets Power Dancers charmed the crowd with their pom-poms and autographed posters while other guests mingled, sipped and grooved to spins from DJ Wyatt Magnum. Also on hand were models from Lucy Activewear who featured styles from the new summer collection. The paparazzi caught Cari on the red carpet with other Houstonians such as Erica Rose, Gabe Canales, Edward Sanchez and Nancy Mathe’. The Fox Morning News gang including Sibila Vargas, Kristi Powers and Natalie Bomke also showed their support for Cari, who is their local TV “fitness expert”. Fit’s owner Jack Tompkins, along with GM Pete Ekstrom, showed their hospitality to members and non-members alike who are interested in getting those “Long Lean Legs”.
A portion of the evening’s proceeds went to benefit SNAP and Star of Hope. Look for more DVD’s and fitness products from Cari later this summer. In the meantime you can purchase her DVD on her website (Cari-Fit.com), Amazon.com and ExerciseTV.TV.
